er~~the dreaded NAPFA test is BACK!! omg, normally i wont have any high expectations for me, but this year however would be different. spurred by my enthusiasm and hopes to be CSM, i gonna pass this time or at least improve...having failed 2.4 alreday, i gonna buck up. although i smashed my new 2.4 record with 16.39, an improve of about 1min from my previous best of 17.30. having done a reocrd of 2 standard narrow psuh-ups, i hope to pass my incline pull up, while it may be more difficult, i am gonna put in all i got, coz 2 narrow push-ups is certainly not my best...heehee, standing board jump would most probably kill me, i was no where near passing last year, so?! shuttle run too, grr...i should ace my situps and sit and reach, this is where i score points...while you may mock at my poor physical status, i gotta say i improve a lot, so mock at me if you want, i wont care.
