Hi all

I am stunned by how much I have changed. From someone who despise didn’t really like SJAB and pon training for the first quarter of the year to someone who is currently in the SJAB comp. team. WOW. Amazed?

Had comp. team training today, I reached there like only 7.30, then there was no one there, so I went to shit. When I cam back, Cheng En was also there, sitting at the staircase and then I realized that we left our stretchers (both old and new) behind! Guess we forget to return it after using it for the photo shoot, but NCOs?? Oh well, at least it is not stolen, or not (at least) $200 gone ka ching!

Comp. team training is fun, well at least for now, I don’t know about future, you never know whether sadistic sirs/NCOs will come and train us. Being number 4 is rather shit, wait it is damn shit, as in you do all the “sai-kang” stuffs, like during cases, you do crowd control and call the ambulance, during TOC, you have to check obstacle, and it is like damn extra. Rawr, never mind, everyone has a part to play when it is needed. So just be contented with it.

Did some bandaging. Wow, everyone all damn zai (that’s why comp. team) could tie it under 30 seconds (or something like that), ok it is not the best, but considering the fact that we have not even touch the bandage for the past few months, it’s a good effort eh? Then number 2 and 4 (which is me) needed to open stretcher for TOC. My first try was damn screwed; my hands were crossed, couldn’t kick the stretcher and obviously couldn’t make it in the time limit. But after a few more tries, me and Xian Ning was more familiar with the procedure and we managed to open it under 10 seconds xp Then they introduced some blanket thingy that we needed to lay on the stretcher, don’t really see the point of it. Oh well, put it for show? It was my first time and it was bloody screwed. So we practice practice and we FINALLY got it 20 seconds (with stretcher)! But it was quite messy, but not bad for first try.

AC2 damn screwed la, they were carrying Cheng En, and he’s only around 40kg! And Luk Yean dropped the stretcher! ZOMG! Then we were all a bit stunned, the casualty is damn bloody light and he actually dropped it?! *_* Ok, Luk Yean need more practice eh? AC1 (my team) a bit niao, our casualty was Cheng Can and he is 60+kg? then we carried him, turn and turn, change position did that like for about 5 minutes while AC2 was still struggling down there. AC2 team is too imbalanced, other than the height. Wei Dong don’t despair! LOL we totally niao-ed them. Ok, next was tunneling, where you are as if in a tunnel (something like that), and you are suppose to transport the casualty by lying down and push the stretcher up and advance. Shit. Number 4 need sai-kang again, leopard crawl to the end of the “tunnel” then leopard crawl back and report to leader =.= RAWR and this time I got niao-ed! BY NCOS AND MY OWN TEAM MATE! ARGH forget about it. Yea so our tunneling totally owned them xp no offense seriously

Kenneth Lim did TOC halfway then not feeling well, and his lips were damn white and he said he was damn cold (when it is damn hot) ZOMG wonder what happened, he even vomited later at poolside. Food poisoning? Recover soon, your team needs you. Rest well.

Went to poolside after training. Ate Mui Fan (the Hor Fun gravy on rice), I think it is the best you can find on the whole menu, at least it is worth it- got sotong, meat, veg, egg and a lot of other stuffs, I strongly recommend you. Chee Shuan went to niao poolside…zzz rather racist but its damn funny.

That’s the end of my day. Hard to say but I do enjoy training and I starting to like “love” my SJAB mates (not that I am gay). Let’s win mock comp! lol =.=
