argh i almost died today during training. and singapore jus died in the national stadium, aw well elaborate on that later.

training was really intense today. and i didnt footdrill cause i was still recovering from my right thigh injury, but i did the pumpings =D sweekiat was rather sadistic in the first half of training. then we were told to fall in in cadets rm to prepare for another case. then while sweekiat was telling the casualty about his injury. i jus felt this intense pain in my head. and was freaking giddy. the next thing i realised was pitch dark. and i just fell down (sideways). boom. the next thing i realised, my hand and was trembling. and i realised the REAL meaning of muscle spasm. and ultimate cramp. i couldnt control my palm. it was like wtf. then sweekiat and yufan go and help me massage. only after 5mins i was feeling better.

that was a terrible experience. terrifying in fact. its the second time it happened to me. i dunno where im feeling wrong.

as for singapore. we lost 3-7 at our old lady- kallang stadium. i think we played relatively well in the opening 30 minutes or so and it was leveled at 2-2. but what the fuck? concede 3 goals in 15mins? thats hell. to make it even worse, one of em came directlly from the corner flag. i enjoyed the game from a neutral point of view. 10 goals like wtf??? and 5-2 at half time. havoc. but as a singaporean this is nightmare. especially the defense >< nvm
