eight more days to zone competition.

and what are they doing? wait. or rather, what have they done.

trng at hq yesterday. got ppl late, then late already still slowly walk.

heard tat trng today totally pissed the ncos off. read cheeshuan's blog. could see how pissed he was. dun rly know what happened. all i know is that the comp team isnt putting in their best. they arent focused yet.

only 1 more week to train. it isnt alot of time. i know that you guys have alot of commitments- om, council etc. but i seriously hope that for the last week, everyone can just concentrate on comp team and remain focus. no distraction.

for aa, its rather evident that you guys have a pretty good chance of winning. its exactly the same scenario of what happen to ac last year- 3 teams only, and they were obviously one of the better ones. but somehow due to complacency and some other incidents, they miraculously lose out. i dont want the same things to happen to you. i know some of you really put in alot of effort already...but its not an individual thing, everyone needs to play a part. dun disappoint the people around you. not now.

as for ac. you guys probably encountered the most problems. the team that was originally planned for ac, half of them ponned and quited. we only manage to hav a full ac team trainning in january, even after that we juggled the team here and there. nevertheless, you guys tried and gave ur best, i suppose. as of now, you guys still lack the substance, but the attitude is there. im sure timyu will have his day. kaijie will eventually get his first aid rite, and become more confident. zhengxuan and btoh can improve too. this time ac would be a tough battle. dun give up, just yet.

we are hci sjab. last year double lost was pain enough. we arent are consec 10th gold for nothing. we have to show them what we are make out of.
