ouch...maybe i shouldnt have went for training today. i totally hurt myself. didnt do footdrill because of my injury (duh)...so went to read up on my first aid. later case, then i say "ok lor", just do since there wasnt much running around. the first case was okay, because there were only 2 casualties and i crowd, so i only needed to attend the crowd. second case was screwed, not just that i screwed my diagnosis for asthma, but also no toe injury, i was kneeling down for nearly 10 mins, then when the case ended, and i got up, it was damn pain....i was like moaning/crying? yea you get the point. then i went earlier to see doctor. apparently my mum said the western doctors would not do anything to it, so i could only see those chinese doctors, who will totally go screw your leg no matter how hard you cried. so i didnt want. anyway i would be going to kk (hospital) tmr to check on my flat foot and also my little toe. think fracture liao....ouch
